Depending on your subscription plan, orders are processed as follows.

Quarterly Plan: quarterly orders renew every 90 days from the first date that you subscribed, OR when they go in the queue for the next season, whichever date comes first.

Annual Plan: annual orders renew every 365 days from the first date that you subscribed, OR when they go in the queue for the next annual season, whichever date comes first.

All subscription plans will receive four boxes per year, each with a retail value of up to $200.

The subscription is set to auto-renew, and your payment method on file will be automatically processed unless you cancel before your billing cycle begins again. Yes, you can change the date your subscription renews anytime by writing to us at hello@welcometomaple.com. Notice that the new order date can be scheduled no later than two weeks before the corresponding season begins preparing for fulfillment.

You only need to sign up once. The subscription is set to auto-renew, so you'll automatically receive future editions until you cancel.

Yes! If you’re a subscriber to The Maple Box, rest assured that you’ll never miss an issue of Maple magazine. 

The concept of The Maple Box is "True North organic living”. Most of the products we curate for each edition are made in Canada, but not all. As an example, in a typical box of 8 products, we aim to feature 5-6 products from Canadian brands. Occasionally, we issue editions that are 100% from Canadian brands. We also place particular intention around featuring woman-owned and BIPOC-owned brands.

Subscriptions will auto-renew on the day that they are due to expire, 365 days after purchase. Gift subscriptions purchased for someone other than yourself will not auto-renew.

If you have recently subscribed to Maple magazine, and later decided to subscribe to The Maple Box, we will be happy to cancel your magazine subscription and credit the amount ($40) to your Maple Box account. Due to the high cost of mailing, we're only able to offer this credit before or shortly after you've received your first issue of Maple magazine.

If you're not happy with your first box, please email us first at hello@welcometomaple.com. For a full refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your first box. We're not able to offer refunds after the first box.
